I love roast turkey, lots of bacon on it, stuffed with stuffing and sausage meat and cooked breast down.

Tasty, moist, lovely!

No but, i guess that what makes it a bit more special.

The secret is the breast down bit, all the juices and flavour flows into the breast, tastes so much better and does not dry out.  ;D :y
