Very beautiful car !! For Omega fans in Brazil, Pontiac G8 and Chevy SS are american sporty versions of Omegas imported from Australia until 2012. Unfortunately, GM imported 99% of cars with V6 engines and V8s are very rare here.

Drove one of them.
Probably last day of summer here in Ireland so being a man of infinite leisure now  decided to have a little road trip up and over the Caha mountains and home via what is known as the Healey Pass . Almost no vehicles on the 65 miles travelled and absolute silence wherever I stopped with the advantage of a total lack of fellow humans .....Bliss .

What a beautiful place! Typical winding road through the mountains, very common in my state, especially in the central and southern regions.

Exhaust pipes of 2 1/4 inches and 2X2 rear muffler already corroded by rust, replaced by new pieces of 2.5 inches in diameter and at the end double chrome tips of 3 inches. Music of 3000 engine at the limit of legality.

Engine shock absorbers (factory originals), right and left engine mounts and transmission rear oil seal (factory original) replaced.
