Whether its rented or bought is irrelevent, its a new car and should be supplied in new condition.  A repaired wheel should not be acceptable - it should be supplied with new unkerbed wheels.

motability have a procedure in place for dealers regarding the rectification of damaged vehicles and by repairing the alloy they are within those set guidelines.

Maybe but a car turning up without parking sensors after it being a requirement of the Mobility scheme is pretty piss poor

My main issue was rented or buy ffs its a brand new car or should be, They have admitted the wheel was scratched in transit and the parking sensors were missed from the order so thats what i am having a moan about the fact no one seems to care, anyway its not free i still pay £200 a month for this car, anyway moan over wheel repaired today,just waiting for the sensors to arrive,

Few Vauxhall dealers do. IME, they are some of the worse out there, probably with the exception of Renault.

I had a situation which looked like at the time I was going to lose my lower leg. To try and cheer myself up I started looking at what cars I could get if I qualified for DLA. Talking to the dealers I found anything from the VAG group was very good however Audi were quiet snotty. Ford were excellent, Vx piss poor but the biscuit goes to Renault. Who even though I was on crutches couldn't even be bothered to find a chair for me. After about 20 minutes of trying to get them to stop talking about football and take some notice of the customer a guy walked up to me was what I considered rude. So I just ended up  hopping out the showroom. Peugeot were very good to.

Agreed. It takes the shine off something when you have to haggle about getting bits sorted. Also, as already said, the return standards on lease/rental vehicles are much tighter so you do have to be extra careful when choosing a parking space.
I can see why the OP is annoyed.
