Title: E-bay
Post by: BazaJT on 06 June 2020, 20:09:00
No this is not a TB style go at non-delivery etc. If I click on a link on here[such as in the "project" thread]it will never connect it just comes up with a blank page. Also recently if I'm actually on E-bay if I select say books[it happens no matter which category I look at] it won't let me select a genre I have to type in what I'm looking for on the search bar. It won't let me select a price range or new/used etc I can click on those and nothing alters from the original page.Has anyone else experienced this? Have you fixed it if so how?

It's on Windows 10 Internet Explorer all up to date as far as I'm aware. The E-bay links from the forum not working has been quite a long term thing but the E-bay options not working is only from the last week or so.

Log out of eBay, clean your PC, Cashe, Cookies etc or use a decent Cleaner and Malware Scanner, Reboot PC then log back in to eBay.

Report back

I'm afraid everything after "log out of e-bay" is akin to ancient Greek to me,so I'll have to wait while conditions permit for my granddaughter to be able to have a look at it.

OK .. might help, might not ... when you next get to ebay, or any page with the same problem, hit Ctrl+F5 together .. this "forces" a new page to be loaded without using the cache.... if it works, let us know and we can guide you through clearing the cache & cookies
