I believe Mr Bitz has a tidy Omega. Perhaps he could be tempted to part with it for £960. :)

Possibly.  :-\

I made my first ever purchase from amazon a few days ago. I had managed to avoid it up to now, but someone gave me a voucher for Christmas.

I nearly said, right then OK lets do it........then I saw the additional zero. :D ;)

Perhaps old Lizzie is willing to sell?

No way!! :o :o :o

Well it does depend on what happens tomorrow with it's MOT! ::) ::) ;D ;D ;)

It is a nice example of the marque, Lizzie. I feel I would be taking advantage of an attractive young lady if I only offered £10,000.

I suppose my problem is that I'm too much of a gentleman. ::) ::) ::)

what else apart from ....
xenon headlights
sunroof (which not many people ever use )
and a more basic radio ,which lets face it, all the Omega radio-grams  are outdated now
do higher spec models have that is important  :-\

I picked that example based on mot history
unless you're lucky ,most £1000 or less omegas are rusty dogs

I took the fuse out of mine when it started opening of its own accord. It was easier than trying to find an old priest and a young priest.  ::)

Whatever the list of differences, the Elite is a much nicer car to drive than a CD spec version. Plus, the 3.2 is considerably more impressive than the 2.6. ;)

The 2.6 is probably the worse of all Omega engines.  The best is the 3.0l
