Morning all,

I'm obviously blind atm as I cannot find the guide on repealing the scuttle.

Does anyone have a link to the guide please?

Many thanks :y

On way home from Coventry with the kids, went to overtake when a flashing orange symbol lit up and felt juddering when under load.
Stopped plugged code reader in, misfire on No.1 cylinder. Erased the code drove off. All fine for about 5mins, misfire back again >:(

Raining and not enough light to look tonight, but any suggestions on where to start looking for the cause please?
Typical, need the car to get back to my unit tomorrow night!! Not impressed.

TIA  :y

I took out HP on the Vectra I had. Didn't like it, so rang up the finance company and asked how I could VT.
As long as I had paid 50% or more, they would come and collect the car and they would terminate the agreement and that is exactly what I did.
The car went back, I cancelled the standing order payments and no more was said or done.  :y

Well it's that time of year again!!

Took mine in on Saturday fearing the worst, but came out with a ticket and a few advisories so not too bad. Quite relieved tbh.

Picked up on:

Rear tyres close to limit
Offside front suspension has slight play I ball joint (need to look up what this is)
Rear brake pads
Brake fluid change
Fuel filter corroded.

Overall not unhappy.  :)

Hi Chris,

I'm not technically knowledgable about this I'm afraid. All I know is that my phone auto connects to the parrot and it kills any music if my phone sends or receives calls and comes through all the speakers. It's crisp and clear and allows me to plug a USB stick with all my music on.

I may not have the ears to say it's perfect, but I can't tell any degradation in the music coming through it  :-\

At the end of the day, it works and it works well for me, but we all have different views on what is "quality" and I'm not going to argue with a techie who knows more. 😄

Those that carry out these atrocities on our soil, claim to be soldiers of Allah etc, but live under the cover of freedom and democracy that we have should be hung in public!
Deliberately carrying out attacks against those supporting our troops that have fallen and currently serving, protecting us should be done for treason! >:( >:( >:(

I have to ask why it's been mentioned Parrot kit doesn't work with BOSE kit in the omega?

I've fitted the Parrot MKi9200 into both my Omega Elite's and Vectra C Elite with no issues whatsoever  :y

Cheers for that, sadly its a job I would be able to do as I could'nt get into that position.  :y

I currently work in Oxfordshire, but usually home at weekends in Worcestershire. I'm at the point where the M42/M5 meet, so depending on how close you are, I'd be more than happy to have a go for you :y

I did this a few months ago and although a pain, is do-able.

I used a small screw into the arm on the motor and then slipped the lever coming down from above, onto it.
I did this as I felt mine would come off again as it didn't appear to have enough to clip onto.

HTH's :)

All sorted today. Small file and gently following the thread working outwards worked.

Reconnected the pipe and went for a drive with no issues, so happy days.

Thanks all for your kind advice and assistance :y
