If your a TopCashBack user check your TCB Account or emails, their offering £5 for Free on Purchases for Today only, so could bring the Halfords offer down to £24  ;)

Same here  :y..fancied a set of swivel ratchet heads and for sub £30 would of been almost rude not to buy them

Like all the Halfords Advanced/Professional tools, they are very good quality.

I will admit, they do not withstand explosions and the subsequent blaze though. But then, not much did ;D
