I've got some "Carlton" suitcases :P
NOT GM or Vauxhall
the name "Omega" has been around for quite a while ,they even put it on watches apparently >:D
as for the light , it's rechargeable, (or NOT unless it's been charged up on a regular basis)
there's one in Mrs Builder's Astra glove box ,not branded "Omega" though
she got it as a "BARGAIN" for only £10 ish (can't remember) when she filled up with petrol ::)

At £9.99 you should buy it and it will double the value of your Omega! :y ;D
-
Do they rust the same? :)
-
Never heard of a GM one, and never recall seeing one in the brochures. Possibly Opel, and I know ze Germans etc liked accessories like that.
-
Bmw used to have a built in torch in the glove box, so possibly a nod at the 5 series... :-\
-
I saw the word 'Vauxhall Omega torch'.......and I wondered if you were tempted to make a bogus insurance claim. >:D

I am and always have been a completely law abiding citizen. :)

At one time Ford used to fit them to the higher end of the range Mondeo/Scorpio either fitted in the glove box or more often on the side of the boot. When clipped in the holder the torch would charge up[if it had been used]or kept charged as you drove. Can't remember them stating a particular model or even having a Ford logo on them though.

I know it was a short lived dealer fit accessory option in the Jag XE, Never for the more upmarket X351 Jag XJ though....
