I'm hoping the cable ducts next to them with poly bags taped over them are an indication that they haven't been commissioned yet. Otherwise, I might need more reforming.

A38 down to 40mph on most of the section i use ,
and the "works" are well beyond the finish schedule 
my MPG has gone up a whole 0.3 MPG 
just been raped £220 for RFL (6 months)
I suspect none of it will "save rge planet"

Waiting in all day for a parcel when the weather was good and I could have cleared all the rubbish I left in a pile in my mums garden, turned up about 5.30. No knock on flat door or doorbell rung, bunch of tommy tankers that used to be called Hermes. Changing name has made no difference then!!!
