I haven't had a Ginsters pasty for ages, but I remember them being about £1. In the same CO OP, 50p off, £2 instead of £2.50.

Famous for their gristle, connective tissue and meat of unknown origin, mixed with a couple of bits of spud and carrot.

Remember in the film 'The Great Outdoors' when Dan Ackroyd said of the burgers. They're all lips and arseholes.

I buy Lidl's Westcountry (made in Caerphilly!  ) spreadable butter and it's fine! 

Maybe I'll have to raid my piggy bank and do a Lurpak/Danepak/Westcountry (made in Caerphilly!  ) spreadable butter taste test!

I'm not sure the contents of a Ginsters pasty can be described as 'ingredients'....

More like toxic waste dipped in some sort of barely edible slurry.

I thought yeast extract was simply the left over shit scraped away when brewing beer.
