In the latest move towards a socialist utopia, a new system is being trialled in two areas of England and is already being tried in parts of Wales.
Its very simple. The state pays everyone £1600 per month whether they work or not.
Leaving aside where the money will come from when we are £ trillions in debt - this is bound to cause hyper inflation, cause the workshy to relax about ever having to do a days work, and take us down the road where the state will own the wealth and redistribute it to people depending on the criteria set by the state.
Its pure undiluted Marxism, being allowed to happen under a Tory Govt.
