The Mothership
« on: 04 January 2011, 22:19:21 »

Here is my 2000 facelift 3.0 Elite.
In the 16 months I've had her, she's had:

Timing belt, water pump, aux belt.
New Monroe air shocks.
Recon ABS ECU
PAS fluid replaced
Wishbones, drop links, tie rods, discs, pads, wear sensors
New brake fluid
New air filter, cabin filter, fuel filter and numerous oil changes.
Cataclean and hydraulic lifter fluid.
Donut bushes
Off side exhaust manifold gasket - what a horrible job!
New vac pipes as the old ones were tired and perished
HBV
Spark plugs
Tyre, tracking - not been to WIM yet
Cam cover gaskets and breathers/ICV/TB/plenum cleaned
Spoiler rebonded
Glovebox lock fixed, front nearside door rods replaced
Rear brakes fully serviced
New battery
Key fobs refurbed
Autobox fluid, filter and gaskets replaced
New windscreen and wipers
Made a new bonnet catch
A few coolant flushes

I've got a new oil cooler, thermostat, EGR blanking plate, and two down pipes with lambda sensors to go on.

I've done all the work apart from timing belt etc, rear shocks and windscreen

Excuse the quality I used my gayphone. I'll take some of the MV6 and get those on aswell.

I've spent more in parts than what I paid for it, and that's with a trade card! Eh! Hopefully it should be good for a while now!

Thanks! There's a few little issues like scuffed wheels from the previous owner, you can't quite see it in the pics. I'm getting them sorted though. A niggly issue with suspension then I'll be on speaking terms with her again!

I like the contrast of the blue paintwork, and cream interior.

The old VRN was W808 WTW, is that your old one? Although it's had a plate change before I got it.
