passenger air vent blows cold

hi all
i have a 1999 pre face lift 30ltr elite saloon with climate control
the prom is that when i set the heating on hi both sides. drivers side heats up nicely but passenger side stays cold :( any ideas ????

It may be worth checking the metal rod that connects the servo to the matrix blend flap, sometimes they pop off.

You could try resetting the c.c. first, I think it's the 'auto' and 'off' buttons that you press for around eight seconds. Not sure though, hopefully some-one will confirm...
