Thats the factory one in the engine ECU that cant be bypassed so I am told.

That's arguably not strictly true.

Take the transponder module apart and go from there.

Also, if the diagnostic port is still fully wired in, then Tech2 might be able to switch off the transponder in the ECU. Certainly, that's how the VATS is disabled on US GM stuff.

Have had my 3rd temp filling in the same tooth in one day, dentists are added to the list of people who have pissed me off today.  That's the 5th or 6th temp filling in that tooth since October when the 40+ year old one fell out.

Ordered a sheet of steel this morning, got held up stuck behind moron drivers, tour de France wannabes and to top it a tractor. Took me 1/2 hr to do a 15min journey , when I got to my lock up they had left the steel. It was rusty a good 6ins up the one side, full of dents and covered in foot prints. Shity phone call on Monday then, it was okay for what I was doing but at £64 for a 3x4ft 20G I want it in good condition.

Pissed off because Thule/BMW have changed the thread size for the fixpoint roof stud fixing for the Thule roof bars, so my current kit wouldn’t fit. Had to buy another kit just for the studs as I couldn’t find the new style studs sold separately. If I’d have still been on the tools I could have made them, as the top thread is different to the lower thread.

Yep, nothing worse than being a few inches too short in a certain area. I’ve suffered with that but I believe they do pills for it now.

I'm finding a lot of ebay purchases are delivered quickly recently by Royal Fail ,some orders are being delivered by Amazon vans too 

It doesn't always go well though , I ordered a brand new 500 GB SSD , a crappy 1 TB spinny toshiba external drive arrived ,had to disk part clear it to get it recognised (to find out how old it was etc) 2019    complained and said send a refund ,but the seller insisted I return the crappy EWASTE  spinny drive  which meant going to the post office

Having walked 2 miles to the dentist to have a tooth out, I was told I needed a tooth specialist, and the dentists surgery didn't have any, so need to be referred.  So I walked 2 miles home again.

Its been going on since October, and I've lost count of the number of temporary fillings this tooth has had - including 3 on Friday alone - whilst they play ping pong with whoever the supposed tooth specialist is who keeps rejecting the referral.


How hard can it be?

Just go private for that particular problem, Jaime. You don't have to stay with the private dentist, and I can't see one extraction being that expensive.
Last time I went for a check up, the young lad said I needed to see the hygienist. What? You send schoolchildren to see the hygienist when they're not brushing their teeth properly, not 70 year old men. They are skint, and will do anything to get a few bob out of you. Annual checkups don't cut the mustard. I didn't make an appointment and, if he pushes me next time, I'll tell him to shove it. There is a private dentist just around the corner, and he doesn't insist on regular visits. Toothache=tooth out at my age.
