climate problem

hope someone can help me. have just changed all the bulbs in my climate control unit and have now noticed that when turning ignition off i get 3 dashes in both displays for about 2 secs, also the flow direction buttons dont seem to do anything, which they did before i started. tried resetting but it does not seem to do anything, please has anyone got any suggestions

Connector not fully seated when panel went back in?

Yep....left hand connector not fully home.
