For those that are giving me air freshener grief, either publicly or privately, I wish to point out that not air fresheners were harmed during the MOT process....

And besides, I've got through the 10,000 magic trees that were sent to me following that particular incident....

Ordered a complete Gates timing belt kit ( Inc water pump) for the old faithful Subaru Forester, last done in April 2017 30,000 miles ago, wife's cousin also has the same vehicle & the belt snapped last week, only done 10,000 miles but changed 9 years ago.

Oh yes, many have snapped through ignoring the age of the belt thinking because it’s done little mileage it ok…… it’s not👍

Stripped and cleaned the replacement steering wheel switches and cover. Hopefully be able to get them fitted next week and hopefully they will resolve the issue of the non working one...

And, yes, there may have been some mission creep :D

Seemed to have leaked a lot of blood over the engine bay, before needing a good sit down with a brew with loads of sugar.

Hopefully it's not Manflu as that could prove to be catastrophic  :-\
