Wanted - Facelift Estate DBW

I'm after a facelift DBW estate, not bothered if it's a 2.2 petrol or 2.6 V6 or ex police 3.2. Automatic or manual, colour irrelevant, along with trim spec. MOT would be good, tax is irrelevant again. Condition wise, again not too bothered. As long as it drives that's probably good enough. Needs to be cheap, i.e £700 max. It's for a family member, but he's not really bothered...so interested in anything really.

That is a good question. The vehicle is to replace a 1996 Volvo 850 with 210k miles on it. It's my grandfathers car he uses alongside his Meriva. The Volvo is used to carry tools about, and a general workhorse. I will have to maintain the Omega, and I'm more familiar with the DBW than the older versions. I can easily change the plugs on a DBW, whereas on a 2.5 or 3.0 there's plenty more stuff I'm not familiar with. I'd also prefer it to be as late as possible, at least 'Y' reg really...when most DBW's are from.
