Some big names have been pushing their sales pages today the rest of them have been having a Black Friday Sale for weeks

But surely why not just have a mega sale day on the actual day.

Here's a top tip for anyone thinking of Black Friday bargains.  There aren't any. Like January sales, stock is bought specially for the event, and prices are held artificially high in the lead up.
