Popped in to my local dealer, Stevens Vauxhall, to pick up an oil filter for the Omega, only to be told that unless a buyer is found by the weekend, they'll almost certainly not reopen next week

I'm the first to admit that I don't make much use of the service department , but the parts blokes have always bent over backwards to be helpful and the sales staff were always friendly and helpful too I've bought four cars from them...

Hopefully someone will take over and they'll reopen in September...

Either way, I'd like to say a huge Thank-you to: Alan and Darren (sales), Darren and Steve (parts) and Paul (service), and wish them all the best for the future

Sad but if the worst happens would they be wanting to get shut of parts stock? may be worth a word with the parts dep't to see if they want to increase their leaving fund!!
