most members speak to Tony at Wheels In Motion, a company that does full 4-wheel alignment and geometry, others who arent local to Wheels In Motion... they drive all the way down there cos he's worth it!

there's also a place in Oldham Manchester (recommended by Tony for those unable to travel down south to him from here) and also you may find a local tyre place to yourself that might have the equipment to do the same as WIM does, I have my own local one about 5 miles from me

I posted a write up on fitting front camber adjusting bolts on March 3 which included the method I used to adjust and set my camber.
I've had no problems since the car drives perfectly and the new tyres fitted are wearing evenly.
WIM are no doubt the Guru's at alignment and camber but you guys have to remember that not all of us within easy reach of Watford. ;)

As a rough guide, slacken the bolts and pull the tops of the tyres fully out (minimum camber) and then let the top bolt back about 4mm in the top slot.

I use a spirit level with some screws fitted as a basic gauge but, got it set properly recently at a local geometry place.

You dont need any of the gismos available.
2' spirit levell bolt at either end, 1 long enough to miss centre cap the other 8.86mm longer, this is for a 16" wheel, make sure it is fully loaded as recommended (full tank, 70Kg on rach front seat). Deadly accurate as per wheels in motion recommendations. for larger wheels do the calc, after reading Tony's recommendations.

wonderfull formaly 3.172 or pi

Where's the place in Wigan that does the 4-wheel alignment and geometry check Danny?

If you're going to use spirit levels, make sure it's on a reasonably flat garage floor first. :y
