Just had to replace gearbox and transfer box on the Evo it ripped fourth gear apart 420+ bhp and 420+torque :-\

Is the gearbox of the 3.0 12V the same as the 3.0 24V?
I'm curious to know, if I decide to increase the power, kkkkkkkkk.
Forged gears are a bit noisy.

I don't remember whether it was the Americans or the Europeans, but the idea of adding 15% gasoline to ethanol is excellent to make it easier to start the cold engine. Here, a few days a year are cold, we only have E100 at the gas stations. Only in the newer flex models have automakers been able to eliminate the gas tank for cold-start engines. With programmable injection you can choose to start cold without gasoline (pulsing the injectors), but on cold days (between 5 and 15ºC in my city is cold, kkkkkkk) was not efficient, requiring many attempts for the engine to run. In my car, problem solved with additional gas tank. I hope the option of using the E85 will be universal in Europe. In addition to polluting less, the engine gets more powerful.

No problem.  :y
I've seen Youtube videos of a Brazilian drift driver who adapted the manual gearbox of a Blazer V6 in Omega 3.0. I am curious which other gearboxes are compatible.

Dear friends,

I have been looking for the rear spoiler of the Omega GSI for a long time, but it is very difficult to find. I found a manufacturer around here, which made a very similar customized spoiler in fiberglass.

Apparently you need the gearbox from the Omega B, 2.2 Diesel, which are the strongest manual RWD gearbox in the Vauxhall/Opel range aside from the Holdens and or ZF 6 speed in the Lotus Carlton.

The rear spoiler really does set the car off well. I believe the Lotus Carlton/Lotus Omega A used the six speed gearbox that was also used in the Chevrolet Corvette.

The previous rear spoiler installed in my car is from our Omega CD 4.1. I am happy to make my car similar to the GSI and different from the others here. Now I intend to stick the chrome details with black vinyl. I am also a big fan of Lotus Carlton (as far as we know, only 2 came to Brazil). Its gearbox is from the Corvette and the differential is from the Holden Comodore (our Omega kangaroo) V8. I think it would be practically impossible to get a Corvette gearbox. When I upgrade the engine and increase the turbo pressure, in place of the Getrag R-25, I will have to use a diesel vehicle gearbox, such as the Omega TDI or use the BMW M3 gearbox (much easier to find around here than the Corvette). :y :y :y
