Well that was careless... Part 3!

Apparently there was a fire and explosion at a steel works in southern Iran over the weekend, in addition to the recent sinking of the Iranian naval vessel and fire at the oil refinery in Tehran.  There were other incidents last month at an explosives factory in central Iran and petro-chemicals plant on the Gulf coast as well.  Very careless!  ::)
