So..... it looks like further easing of restrictions will be delayed due to the Delta variant spreading throughout the UK.
the hope being that if lifting restrictions are delayed ,that more adults will get 2 doses of vaccine .

Reports show Astra zenica is up to 60% effective against serious illness
Phizer is up to 88% effective against serious illness

1/4 of the deaths of the Delta variant where people who had been vaccinated

so people may want to think about the situation we face before saying the delay in the easing of restrictions is justified 

why did I call this thread "Chinese Virus"  because I'm probably not very woke or P.C

and because reports of evidence like THIS CLICKY

worth the 15 minutes to watch IMO

If any of us on here don't know how to stay safe by now , we never will. Read an excellent article this morning which  more or less boils down to the fact that " life" as we knew it will never be the same again, people need to realise that & not keep on about going back to "normality" on a certain date , it ain't going to happen.

in 18 months we've had several mutations ,which doesn't bode well for the future

But that's fine, we can just carry on hiding under the bed until the next variant comes along
