CDC2 getting forgetfull
« on: 05 July 2007, 23:21:08 »

My multichanger has started getting forgetfull about where it was on which track of which disc, and so returns to track 1 disc 1 most of the time when i switch the ignition on.

Changed both the head unit and the CDC2 the other day, and the same thing is still happening  :(  This pair used to be ok.
There must be some commonality, but if it was losing power to the changer then surely it would be asking for the code every time.

Any thoughts?

Seen this before, and I suspect its due to a borderline battery, and the voltage drop during cranking.
