Even though I am Omegaless at the moment, and boy am I missing it!
I still pop in here from time to time and would like to wish you all the following......

May you all get a clean bill of health from your dentist, your cardiologist, your gastro-enterologist, your urologist, your proctologist, your podiatrist, your psychiatrist and your plumber!

Have a peaceful and prosperous New Year :y :y

I've got a couple of Halfords Pro screwdriver sets, I don't rate them, horrible handles and poor tips.

//Edit: HAD...

They used them while doing the space walk at the Space Station the other day - just plucked them out of nowhere ;D ;D

Which garages involved Paul, at PB they seem to have a constant influx of new drivers who are going on to a different rota  because they work different hours. This, I feel, will drift into normal pattern and as the older drivers leave. To be honest I have very little to do with the garage, just get my duties and go to work. All garages have their bad sides especially with the crap that some drivers talk( same in all driving circles!).
As mentioned, for the sake of a few miles a couple of things come to mind - better the devil you know - the grass aint always greener on the other side of the fence.
Everyone has their opinion about the garages, I live near PB but when I first started almost three years ago I nearly ended up in YW, because that is the only place that had vacancies. Do you have to book on at garage or have they not rolled that out to you?

All sold out by us.... :'( :'(

General Car Chat / Re: 2.2 dti injector seals?
« on: 23 December 2013, 07:44:12 »
If the pump has gone I would forget it unless, as Pete says, it's dirt cheap.
The injector seals are not too bad just depending which seals have gone. On the injectors there is a seal between the bridge and injector and another copper seal at the bottom of the injector.
If the bottom seal you would need to take the cam off to get the injectors out, if the top you can raise the cam enough to change the seals without removing.
This is for a 2.0 Vectra but same process.....http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/mozzer/howtoinjectorseals.pdf
Hope it helps!

As LD says, no need to delete, just stand back and let the world pass by for a bit.
You don't even have to log in to keep up with things, just come as a guest that way no one knows you are on......
