Title: Connector + bit of loom wanted

I need the connector that goes into the immobilisor ring on the ignition barrel, from a 3.2 or 2.6 only please - with as much loom as possible :y

Wire colours are different between DBW and non, so just stated 2.6/3.2 for ease.

Are you talking about “FPX”? If so this car did have a starting issue - when I looked into it in detail, the pin on the end of the red wire on this connector was broken, so whilst the connector certainly looked intact, that one wire wasn’t making contact.

Starts first time, every time now without fail. There was a box full of old ignition barrel, receiver etc in the boot, so someone had been having a good go at resolving it before I got there.

How do you know about this :y

The car also had a bad misfire - it was simply a loose wire on the 2-4-6 coil pack. We all love a free repair :y

After these two little jobs, in for MOT, failed only on a headlight aim, so now has a 12 month ticket.

Her fate (and that of my retail Elite) is still under question, since our Mr Josh gave me the keys to a supercharged Range Rover  :-X :y

I changed the lock set and ecu following a lost chip... Turned out that the key was wrong for the door.

Didn't have a chance to complete the repair hence the still broken wire... It ought to solder into place ;)

If you're in contact with Josh, I am still trying to get hold of him... There appears to be a Mercedes missing :-X

Bonus box in the boot should contain the following:

Pair of illuminated sun visors plus loom,
Drivers door loom, Elite iirc,
Pair of rear door looms,
Pair of rear window regulators,
Pair of rear reading lights...
