Will a 1.8 ecotec cylinder head fit a 2.0 block?

Pretty sure an X18 head will go on a X20 engine - although the comrpession and squish area may be different?

I really, really don't know for sure, so please research further!

I did once fit a 1.6 head to a 1.4 corsa - both the 16v small block engine - and it was lan emergency  ;D

Depnds what 1.8 engine its from and what 2.0 engine its being fitted to

I was just wondering if the head from a X reg vectra 1.8 petrol ecotec would fit my 2.0 petrol ecotec X reg omega.
