reprogramming remote keyfob

is it easy to reprogramme a remote keyfob? i have only got 1 key and 1 keyfob for my car and would like a spare. the type is like one on e-bay at the moment listing number 170052803303 cheers tone.

If you have a Tech2 and your carpass, really easy  :P

However, I suspect you don't, so around £10 - £32 + VAT for carpass (has immobiliser PIN on it) and around £30 - £50 + VAT for your dealer to program it to the car...
