Newbie Omega/Monaro owner.
« on: 14 January 2013, 16:21:02 »

Hi Folks. Been a lurker for a while! Got my 1st Omega in 1999-a 1995 2.0 CD estate.2nd Omega acquired in 2001-a 1999 facelift 3.0 MV6 manual saloon with leather.3rd Omega acquired in 2004-a 2003 3.2 Elite estate.
Sold the 2.0 CD estate in May 2009 with 149k on it,bought it with 33k on it.Sold the 3.2 Elite estate in July 2009 with 93k on it,bought it with 6k on it! Acquired a Monaro 6.0 VXR to replace the Elite!!!
Still have the MV6 with 130k on it,bought it with 18k on it.Could not resist a 2.6 CDX estate recently.
Monaro is the "dream" car and will be with me 'till I croak, but so will the MV6.
The Omega is my perfect car and I just can't live without one(or two!).
The V6s sound great with a Jetex stainless system! I've also been through the "pain" of exhaust manifold gaskets, rocker cover gaskets, wishbone bushes and cambelt tensioners!!!
