No X30XE already has a 3,8FPR and a 4bar one will make absolutly no difference except in your bank balance :y

if you dont want to bother they do make a difference to the 2.5 V6 if you were to sell it

No, 3bar is fitted as standard.

4 bar will do jack as the fuel pump is only rated to 3.8 bar!

The only time it might offer gains is if the injectors are running at there limit (which they are not) and then they might work as a bodge. It may also ruin the spray pattern!
