sorry have been near this in a while. wouldnt mind trying it but was at the cruise for cancer there and i think i seen three in total.
Please play nicely. No one wants to listen/read a keyboard warriors rants....
the vectra is already pushing 220/230bhp, she has G cams, has been superchipped (so ive been told) and was tuned by MSD. Turbo tho would look well under the bonnet, especially for car shows, think thats what its mainly for. That's pretty impressive if the rolling road was anywhere near accurate.
I've had a 2.5 Omega with the 3.0l (G) cams and a Superchips chip, and never in a month of Sundays was it anywhere near as quick as my (then) 166k 3.0l Omega.
None of those plates are worth more than the standard £250 that DVLA charge for them.
Best plates I've ever seen is BOL 10X (no need to spell that one out) which was on a Roller that belonged to the owner of Sinatra's nightclub in West Croydon back in the early eighties, and GCL 1T (G Clit) which was on a MK 4 Cortina that a mate owned (also very early eighties).
