Fitting irmscher estate kit mini facelift

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if they have the fitting insturctions for fitting the above as i can seem to grt the rear bumper to fit correctly it loos like i have to trim the cross member down in oder to get it to fit but i can not see why they would have you do that ???

Anybody any ideas...Only i need the motor back on the road asap....I have taken the rear cross member off and the bumper fits but not sure if mine has a twist in it or not and this is what is making it sit forward a little or i need to mod it to fit?????

Any help guys please im stucker than a stuck thing here lol.

Mite be i need another cross member as mine does have a bend in it but it looks like it all lines up and the blots seem to be all in the right place :-/ :-/ :-/
