the date's are friday 7th august till sunday 9th august
prices are
£13 a night without electric
£15 a night with electric

there are 50 pitches avaiable with electric
and plenty of space if you dont want electric

on site there is
fishing pool
showers/toilets
laundrette
pub and resturant
up the road there is a
golf course
tesco's
leisure centre

weston-super-mud is not that far either
i will be having a chat with a indoor go-karting track to try and get a discount for us all to have a oof grad prix

there will be a disco put on for friday night and hopefully i'm trying to get a live act for saturday night if i cant get hold of a live act there will be a disco

plenty of room for work to be done on a hard standing car park

there are 50 pitches with electric
they have a hard standing part and grass part on each pitch well most have anyway
and if you don't want electric there is a great big field to pitch on

Right you guys I need to know wether anyone is wanting to come to this particular weekend if not then I need to sort something else out. This weekend is also the weekend that Nick and Ann are getting married so your attendance would be appreciated if possible. We need to get numbers up or the event will be cancelled as the owner will not allow it to commence.

Come and support Nick and Ann on this special occasion and have some good fun over the weekend.

those that want to use the on site chalets to stay in for the weekend you will need to book up early as deposits are needed to keep a chalets aside for you

i might be going up there later when ann finish's work and ill get some pictures of the site so you know what it looks like
i'll be staying there over night if i go up later so i can have a drink in the on site pub
there is a live duo on tonight

if you need the number to book your chalets drop me a pm and ill get the number to you

if your coming in tent, caravan, trailer tent, boot of the mig etc etc
there is no need for a deposit
ill collect fee's down there as you turn up

to use there chalets you need to book early and its about £40 a night

or you can bring your own tent / caravan and its
£13 a night without electric
£15 a night with electric

you need to book chalets early is you send me a pm i can give you the details of the site with there number

i need to remind any member that is coming to this meet that are going to use the onsite challet's instead of there own tent / caravan
can you please pm me a.s.a.p as you need to get your challet's booked and a deposit or you wont get 1. i can't tell you how urgent you need to get these booked i have spoken to the owner and he tells me they are going fast

if your coming in a tent / caravan etc then don't worry
i have got 50 pitches all with there own electric and water supply plus loads of room else where if you don't want electric although i would still get you to pitch up on the pitch's with electric

i went down the regerstry office over the weekend and there is not alot of parking

it will be a case of the people that are coming to the wedding we will all have to go earlyto get parking spaces and also minimise the amount of cars going by taking each other if you know what i mean

this can be sorted out on the friday night of the meet

apart from that looking forward to seeing you all there and hope a few more members turn up

not much longer to go now only just over 4 weeks

i'm going to get some signs printed off over the next few days and ill get them put up so you know which turning to take and the route down to the site and where we are to pitch our tents/caravans

please i cant say this enough as you come onto the site please please please can you keep your speed down as there will be children around on the site and there is the odd few ducks that walk around the site

wedding has had to be canceled due to ann starting a new job and they have refused to give the time off for her

but the meet will still go ahead as normal as ill be able to come as normal

so wedding is back on (good job its still penciled in so i can get it back on track)

i'll be down late afternoon thursday and may have to come back to get ann friday afternoon unless we can find cheap train tickets
