That's an interesting module!

If it was half the price i'd probably buy one to experiment with.  :-\

Yeah pricce is ridiculous.I'm just really curious whats stuff inside?I know that ndc unit comunicate by can h-l...

I looked into something like this a while back, could have been from the same outfit, if it's the same, it was Astra / Vectra based so unlikely to work in the Omega due to the difference in the CanBus workings.

Looking at this it looks as though it will work on the solo Omega B / Vectra B CAN bus, it appears to CAN pair with the CID so the CID is happy on that level and the control of the screen is moved to an older non-NCDC stalk with the trip computer buttons, thus the steering wheel controls wouldn't be used and you'd have to try and get an interface to work with your replacement head unit.

All the various check system inputs are directly to the screen and untouched so the HU was only providing input control and display screens via RGB for the HU/NAV/Telematics screens and menus.

It's certainly an interesting project which, if it was half the price, i'd have a dabble with.

Let us know how you get on, I'm tempted but have other priorities for my money at the moment!
