Driven it to Lizard Point, then to the ice cream place on the Lizard penninsula, then to Sithney for a cream tea, then Padstow and then Perranporth for chips, then back to Hayle.

I guess that it is now "The EvenFatterShadow" ;D ;D ;D

I am going to fit new rear bushes and ball joints as well.

also- the front bushes in my 'spare' wishbones were so difficult to shift when I tried to remove them that I damaged the wishbones. I have no desire to try to remove the front ones in situ.

Good point. A hole cutter it is then  :y

I still prefer to work standing upright though  ;)

I prefer to spend half hour a side lining down, personally. But each to their own. :y

Was yours a 2.5 (can't remember)?

A new ECU is not needed for the 3l cam upgrade, BTW.

Hole cutter worked a treat :y it still took the rest of the morning to cut slots in the outer sleeve of the bushes and beat them into submission ::)

Going to drill out the rivets on the ball-joints next. Anyone know what the correct torque is for the bolts on the replacement ball-joints?

There's a thread on here somewhere with the torque settings. Iirc TB posted them.
