God i`m outa shape i`ve just had to chase a shoplifter across the carpark.....Got him though....even if it was a 60yr old

.....Stole a bottle of sainsburys own whiskey!!! if i had of known that i would not of bothered

... The checkout captain did`nt know wether to call an ambulance or cops...i said ambulance for me cop for him

after all that the store manager said no prosecution!!! just ban him from store and site!!!

....ah well back to oofing and turning the radio down and kerrang up....
