think you should pull the radio out and try and reset the plug that goes in the back of the radio ?more than likely the plug as not been pushed right in!good luck and hope you sort it

well done shell .there might be an old sim stuck in there some where but it sounds as though you have pushed it to one side that happened to me i took the radio out and turned it on uts side .then popped out an old sim card .no problem now enjoy your phone !
