sounds like that is your problem you have to push them in with a lot of force you should hear a click and then try moving it from side to side you should have a bit of play

have you looked at your half shaft or back wheel bearings ?the grinding sounds like half shafts.have a look and see if you can slide your half shaft from side to side ? hope this helps

regarding your tracking your best bet would be to have your traking done .they will probaly have to heat up ur adjusters to free them .i have just paid twenty pounds to have my elite estate done. it was well out .and he lubed my adjusters .most tyre and exhaust garages will do it for you .hope it helps

i have had my gearbox updated by mark dtm i annot believe the difference you can not feel the gears change very smooth ride indeed thanks  to mark .its first class

sorry to hear of your bump. it happened to me when we had all the snow he ran into me well he bounced off my front bumper .his insurance company rang me and addmitted liability .the arrange for a hire car for me and when my baby came back i checked every thing to make sure they had done the job properly you do the same  good luck mate

sounds like it kneeds tracking for your steering wheel being off centre could be idler for tramin

i have the zennon on my elite i find them absolutly brilliant .they were on the car when i brought her .not sure but the guy whom i got the car from reckoned it cost the best part of four hundred quid to have them fitted !

hy mate have you tried pushing down on each front wing ?give em a big push down and let go of it if wing bounces up and don its the shocker but its very rear to get the two to go at the same time? hope this helps you
