Read quite a good article about Keystone pipeline and Biden stopping it when he got in to office. It is quite a big deal. As you say, the Canadians aren’t impressed.

All I was inferring is that it was important to Trump (due to family connections) but wasnt to Obama and isnt to Biden. Probably because they are so steeped in the Liberal left woke mindset, that they see the UK as an imperialist racist country which shouldnt be celebrated.
Republic of Ireland is a minnow of a country by any measure, but Biden parades his Irish credentials at every opportunity.
