Is there any way to find out what I have without having to strip the front of the car.

you have the bigger tank due to HIDs so a hole for the high pressure pump & a hole for the level sensor

Face lift have a rubber grommet for the sensor hole if not fitted, so retrofit existing sensor to new tank (if applicable) :y

Alb's one should fit fine. You may have to dettach your filler neck and put it on Alb's one.

And MFL removal:

Disconnect battery (important - MFL fans are not protected, and may start at any point)

Remove Grill
Remove Headlight washer nozzles
Remove small trims under headlights
Remove bumper
Remove washer filler neck by pulling up
Remove cross member, with bottle attached

Some electrical connectors and hoses need to come off along the way, disconnect these when convenient.
