Im looking at getting a pre facelift elite 3.0 1998/99 what kind of mpg is the norm, im only asking out of interest as it will be a 2nd car and just planning ahead................. cheers

My V6 3.2 omega is miss firing under acceleration? thought it was the filter? so changed it? doesnt seem to of improved? any suggestions?

i know it may sound strange ive got a omega saloon but i have a few sinclair C5's yes the 80s icon, so far ive carried them round in a box trailer behind my car or 4x4 but im thinking of getting rid of my saloon and getting an estate....

My 2.5 CDX V6 Manual power steering is really playing up, at low revs nothing, higher revs 1.5k plus i have PAS, checked level its fine? guess its a new pump...

Ive sorted the dash lights, and fitted a stereo but im really cheesed off with the car now, and the mrs is screaming as she uses it well cant now due to the steering, you know its a women thing.. Im thinking should i just sell it.

Omega General Help / Omega 2.5 C6 CDX Woes.................. Any help.

Ive bought a 2.5 CDX V6 Manual V plate, it has a couple of issues so thought i would come here for some advise, so any would be greatfully appreciated.

1. Power steering, at low revs there is basically no power steering once above 1,000 rpm it works... any ideas?

2. The individual heat controls are not illuminated? again any ideas?

3. Stereo, it has steering wheel controls and a multi changer in the boot but the head unit is also a cd? when i turn it on the display comes up as safe? and the head unit makes funny noises the steering controls dont seem to do anything? any help again be appreciated

Hi there im after a nice pre face lift (i prefer them) omega elite must be auto and red with black leather interior? any nice ones out there preferably midlands ish. had a serious injury and need a nice comfy big car with lots of test and hopefully tax too, how much should i be looking to pay??

A friend of the family has died in the last couple of weeks and his widow has asked me to sell their car as its to big for her etc. She needs something smaller as now its just her. The car is a 1999 Omega 2.5 CDX Manual, 130k some history, taxed and tested, in good to average condition, typical 80yr olds car few dings and things, nothing to worry about, 1 nice largish car park prod on the back quarter rippled but not broken the paint, drives nice enough, everything feels good, plenty of toys, inside its nice enough, used not abused, hes had it a good few years so knowing the family been looked after...

Basically whats it worth???
