Today's car hatred is insane. And the worst thing is the people who use the car to work and support these measures
Please play nicely. No one wants to listen/read a keyboard warriors rants....
I'd imagine that prices of good low mileage, second hand cars will rise steeply after 2030.As will the cost of petrol
Oh wait
it already is doing
The 3.2 Manual ECU does run a different Map over the 3.2 Auto ECU, but as said it will run on a 3.2 Auto, 2.6 Auto and Manual ECUs, but and from experience there is a but, without the correct Manual 3.2 ECU or at least getting a 3.2 Auto Tech 2 to a Manual configuration, there is a chance you wake up one day and find the car will refuse to start due to weird Fault Codes, which basically means the ECU can't see the Auto Gearbox.
Unless you have the diagnostic kit for the LPG ecu...
But, each installation and each installer is different... A good system fitted badly will be more trouble than a bad system fitted well.
There are several members here with direct experience of a variety of systems who might help point you in the right direction, but it ultimately boils down to how it is fitted.
It doubles all the potential trouble spots and introduces all sorts of variables into the cooling and electrical systems...
LPG is only as good as the quality of the parts and the quality of the installation.
It is, therefore, an important part of the diagnosis, especially with regard to poor starting and running.
Now you mention LPG
You again forget to mention running on lpg...
You need Tech2 and GlobalTis softwareOr you could not bother... The auto ecu works just fine with a manual box. No warning lights or loss of performance if used in a factory manual.
This is my film on YT. I swaped automatic gearbox on manual gearbox in my Opel Omega 3.2
My film have a polish language and polish interface in Tech2 and GlobalTis

If in a factory auto converted to manual, then you might want to remove the gearbox fuse and gearbox ecu...
although running the engine loom from a factory 2.6/3.2 manual helps as the ecu cannot see a gearbox failure error (from the gearbox being removed) because the pins on the engine ecu plug aren't populated. (the auto box connects to its own ecu through the engine ecu and a third body loom plug).
Linky fixed
Sunrise air temperature in Maspalomas is 21°C...
Hardly 'cold'.
Also, you didn't answer my question... If you cycle the key a couple of times, does it start instantly?
Fuel pump, Pressure regulator or a leaky injector.
What happens if you turn the key to position 2 then back to off one or two times before actually cranking?
If it fires instantly then you have a fuel delivery issue.
What temperature are you considering a cold start?
my first thoughts would be the coolant temp sensor ie the one that talks to the engine ECU rather the sensor for the temp gauge.
