I reckon most (all) of those will be diesels. I was a bit surprised to see the Prius was the one with most over 250,000 miles.

Quite surprising to see what vehicles are included, have heard about diesel Mercs covering mega miles read an article a few years ago about a Volvo that had clocked up over a million miles , in fact it was a P1800 with 3.2 million miles..

How many of them are as a result of the MOT man incorrectly entering the mileage  :-\

I loved my old tractor, despite the early headaches it caused us all here.  Chipped, obviously, as the BMW engined 2.5TD was a dog in standard form.

Not sure I could have afforded to do 750,000 miles in it, as that would have worked out at about 188 sets of rear tyres, at about £50k

Your headaches with it stemmed largely on GM not bothering to use nuts and bolts to hold the front upper cross member in place... The BMW lump being a fair old size ;)

Proper cars have a handful of bolts holding the slam panel in. Makes hoiking the engine in and out much easier ;)
