Anybody dealt with APC Overnight Parcel Delivery?

I got an email from the parcel delivery company last night where I had ordered something off Ebay to expect delivery today and to make sure somebody was here to sign for it. No sign of a delivery all day. >:( >:( >:( >:(

Anybody had any experience of using them?
