Go back to the Victorian way, of punishment even if kids. Hanging or if in prison, it meant all priviledges taken away. Not like today, where prisons are 5 star hotels, more or less. Vigilantes will be forming next, the way the legal system is now designed for the perpertrator, than the person who is the innocent one.

Surely TB and his cull could be implemented here. :)
The kid is likely to spend most of his adult life in prison anyway......and that won't be cheap. :-X

The do gooders will say he comes from a broken dysfunctional family so his behaviour should be excused. Day trips to the seaside should cure him. Blackpool perhaps. :-X

I pray the victim has some family who will show that c@nt the error of his ways and give him double what he done to that poor chap before he gets locked up (that’s if he does) I would have loved to have been near enough to do it myself regardless of the consequences, someone has to.

If he gets a custodial sentence ( I sincerely hope he does) he will be ordering trendy trainers etc within a few days of being jailed with no thought of his victim, also arranging visits for his without a doubt dysfunctional family members, been there seen it & got thoroughly pissed off with it all, and as for the kind of " officers" that are being recruited now they'll do everything to help the little scrote.

.. and that's for the criminals the Police can actually be @rsed to send to jail, which isn't a high proportion, apparently. ::)

I think that's less to do with the police and more to do with the CPS and leniency of sentencing guidelines.

The police can only catch them, it's up to other agencies to decide what the punishment is, (if any) that they receive.
