Title: Schrader Valve A/C
Post by: grifter on 05 September 2022, 18:08:33
Hi

Where can I get this now 3041827 the wee valve thingy, had a look at the old links in here they are all not workie or sold out links.

From what I was reading there is a green or a red colour coded one, with one being r134 compatible and the other...not? I'm not sure hopefully someone can enlighten me!

for  2.6 02 plate.

Thanks

G

And also trying to find these, usual channels exhausted, can see some in the states with silly postage costs. Any other contacts anyone know where I can get?

13277003 HP valve for AC.

Thanks

Remove the old one and clean it with brake cleaner.

As ever, it's not that you can't find them, it's just that you don't want it enough to pay for it.

Not a pop at you in particular, but it is a recurring thing.

What are your usual channels? Googling that part number brings up several European suppliers that list it for under £20. And as you would expect for a part that's actually an external standard connector, GM weren't the only manufacturer to use it: LINK (https://www.diag-auto.biz/eshop/en/spare-parts-for-cars/1078-car-adapter-hp-model-2.html)

Probably why I'm seeing hardly any results as I'm searching for the GM part number, most come up in the states, which I would do if I couldn't get it here/EU. Ebay/Google/Surplus stock houses are my usual haunts for parts. Appreciate the link, thanks  :y
