Is it the pipe, or the fitting that attaches to the filter that has broken?

You can join broken pipe with a length of high pressure fuel hose and some clips.

You can replace a broken fitting in a similar way.

It is possible to add new fittings to the plastic pipe by heating the pipe and forcing the fitting in, but it isn't easy and you're really unlikely to manage it on the car.

For some specific advice post a picture of the damaged parts.

It is the connector to fuel filter which is an elbow that attaches to nylon fuel pipe if that helps
