Quite like the old MGC. Not many around.

Probably a sack of shit to drive  but nostalgia should cover any defects. :)

I've been helping a neighbour sort out his V8 MGB recently. That was quite fun to drive until we hit the first roundabout. ::)

Then I had a flashback to my Morris Ital ownership. >:D

My mate has spend thousands on his MGB GT V8 looks & sounds terrific but a ride out in it made me realise how far cars have advanced since 1974.

My mate also has an immaculate MG Midget only got in it once took me several minutes to get out of it ! I had to hold my legs tight against me as I could not get my feet through the door opening didn't realise how tiny they are.

I believe the woke 'be kind' police have decided the word midget should no longer be used as it is offensive to the midget, dwarf, and shortarse community in general. :D

A mate had an Elan +2 ..... I got in the back, but had to crawl out of it on my hands & knees!  ;D

 ;D ;How true!

When I was a kid I loved the Austin 7’s, Baby Austin’s, still going around in the late 1950’s.  They were so cute.

A few years back I eventually had the opportunity to get in one.  How that cuteness was ever so small! ;D  ;)

I think your average person was much shorter back in the day.....with a MUCH smaller circumference. ;D

I read recently that the average working class British soldier was only 5' 5" tall during the 1914-18 war, and not particularly healthy because of poverty.

Very stylish sixties/seventies coupe. :y

Front bumper taken straight from the Ford Anglia, I'm told.

Now that is true, thinking of my petite grandad and his daughter, my mum. Under 5’ they were! :D ;)

That's what happens when it's designed as a sports car rather than a sinkhole for bits cluttering up the BL parts bin. ;D
