I've been informed she is a MFL (Mini Face Lift :)). She is on V Plate and year 2000 Registered so just before the inferior (so I am told ;D) Face Lift model :D
I have had the old girl from 6 months old :y :y :y and just clocked up 60k mls on the clock the other day :D

Oddly, I was so close to getting the MV6 when I bought this one as I had a choice of a few at the time as they were Vauxhall Ex Management cars, so were not let loose on "The Public" :y
This one had the lowest mileage on the clock so swung the balance in her favour (4k miles when I bought her).
The still hauls herself off the line pretty sharpish today, pretty much as strong as she did from new. I think the Manual Box helps and when you wind her above 4k RPM she takes off again as the Multi Rams open :y
She still brings a smile when I driver her, for almost some 16 years now !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D

Stunning looking car which you have obviously cherished! Dark colours suit the Omega - beautiful!
Although, it always make me smile when Main Dealers (not just Vauxhall) tell potential customers that a vehicle has been used by a Managing Director or someone in a Management position. All manufacturers register a certain of cars every month to themselves; two reasons, firstly to boost sales figures, and secondly allow employees the use of them. After approx 6 - 12 months depending on mileage, they are then available to the Main Dealers at greatly reduced prices, and they then end up on forecourts. Many Omegas were 1st registered to Vauxhall Fleet Management because they weren't big sellers (I have had 3 registered to VFM), and they are generally KM, KV or similar registration. PFL cars registered by VFM had similar easily recognisable numbers (they escape me at present), but they were used by staff at Vauxhall and also at dealers from what I understand. Audi, Ford and all manufacturers do it. Look at the number of nearly new Fords for example on forecourts with Essex registrations, and the number of Audi's with OV or OY prefixes
I remember going to 'closed' Vauxhall car auctions 15 years or so ago and seeing Omegas going through, all from Vauxhall in varying condition, some immaculate and some having had a hard 12 months. Many destined for Vauxhall forecourts.
Many were in very nice condition indeed; it's just the way dealers put the fact that it was an ex Vauxhall car to a customer by saying it was a 'directors' car.... ;D

Lovely looking vehicle, had the opportunity years ago of a MV6 3ltr only problem ex plod with around 130k at 5years old instead got me a 4 year old 2.5 and still have her at 18 years old and been driving her for 14 of those so many happy miles of motoring ahead :y

Many thanks for the kind comments :y. Interesting to hear on the pre registering cars. Mine ends in AVV :y
I have some pics of interior, but rest assured it's in keeping with the condition of exterior :y. Had handbrake and gearstick Gaitors re covered in soft black leather by an automotive trim specialist last year and is a perfect match to original (which was probably not GM leather. :D
I do like the less angular and more softer lines of the interior of the MFL (compared the the more angular FL) but I maybe biased ;D.indeed then I picked up my brake discs from the Vauxhall Dealer last week, the parts chap confessed the Omega was one of the best cars they did ! He certainly was not recommending a new Vauxhall ;D
Thanks again, and will pop a few interior pics on there soon.
Ttfn and happy motoring.
Andy.

:y thanks for comments :y
She does get pampered, as kept in garage and try to avoid rain ;). Does about 1000 miles a year in her and had her almost from new so part of the family and always kept her clean and waxed :y, with special thanks to Daz over last few years for sorting a few of the usual suspects out (oil cooler cover weep which was not the HBV !! , wishbone change and of course Cam belt ).
She still runs sweetand just clocked 60k on the clock :D. Steady now !

Andy, I've said it before when you have posted pics..... I hate green cars but I love the colour green. For some reason though, Dschungle Green is absolutely bloody lovely. I've had a MkIII Cavalier and an Omega Elite in Dschungle and the colour suits the Omega especially well.
That has got to be the cleanest, most honest example of an Omega on this Forum and more than likely, in the entire UK.
A true credit to you! :y
