hiya folks got a thudding sound when i brake any ideads, no shudder on the the brake pedal tho???

alrite all i travel to minehead every wkend from the lovely place called walsall, anyway its a 146 mile each way trip and i have done it on 35 quid of petrol, that aint to bad at all is it my friends

any idea what this noise could be people, when i have been parked up with the handbrake when i release it and drive away there is noise appear seconds after pulling away sound like something being released with quite a bit of force

hello there i have had the same symptons on my 2.5 auto exactly the same in fact. took it to the garage did a diagnostic and no faults were found. changed the dis pack and hey presto it was cured.

hello all if i disconect my battery is there an alarm that will go off as i have been told there is a chance this could happen or is it just staight forward take them off and replace with a new battery

Paperclip it mate - look for a 19 - duff crank sensor. If there renew with genuine Vx part.any idea how much that is to replace m8 as i dont wanna splash much more corn on it and is it a major to replace?

hello all having spent 300 this fortnight on dis pack leads plugs 4 new tyres and tracking, the b-----d thing would not fire on friday night just after i had drove to somerset just returned from the shop and hey presto it would not fire had to get a jump start it turned over fine but wouldnt fire, got it going and then hey presto it happened again this morning just stopped refusing to fire once i had got back in the car and started it up but then got it going and again it was sound as i did the journey back from somerset. any ideas as i am sick of this car going wrong

evening all, took the car to see the mechanic today after my mig shakes at 50, anyway he checked wisbones and said they were fine but did find a pair of mole grips still clamped on the wishbone after the last mechanic had forgot to take them off 3 months ago, mad ay, anyway both back tyres are worn on the outside and he recommends all wheel tracking and balancing to put right, what you reckon as it shakes violently at 50 to 60

they seem to be wearing evenly but when i put it in drive and let it creep you can feel the car slightly rocking and there seems to be a slight thud sound too

hello there, any ideas on this, my car shakes at 50mph it vanishes then alto you can feel a very slight judder on the wheel even when doing about 80/90 mph and constantly pulls to the left. had tracking done but still does it.
